Carefully selected Baby Abalone (35-50gm) from Tasmania local Abalone farm in Swansea. Take out all the gut, clean it. Grill it with cooking sake, after the sake is evaporated, add 1 teaspoon of Batayaki sauce. serve it with sesame on top and some green for decoration.
